Terms & Conditions

Welcome
These Terms & Conditions apply to all work carried out by A2B Plastering & Building Services. By accepting a quotation or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge.
Quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
Any additional work requested after the quote has been accepted may incur additional charges.

Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
For larger projects,  staged payments may be required.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure electricity and water are available where required.
Remove or protect valuable items where possible before work begins.

Workmanship
We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship using professional materials and techniques.
If you have any concerns about completed work, please contact us within 7 days so we can inspect and, where appropriate, resolve the issue.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Adverse weather
Material shortages
Supplier delays
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Cancellations
Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking.

Liability
A2B Plastering & Building Services carries appropriate public liability insurance.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out unless otherwise required by law.
